Support
Where to ask for help, file bugs, and reach the Jozu team.
Community support (free)
For questions, discussion, and help from other users and the Jozu team, join the Jozu Discord: https://discord.gg/jozu.
Best for: how-do-I questions, design discussions, sharing policies and configurations, getting unblocked on a single issue.
Bug reports and feature requests
File issues at github.com/jozu-ai/agentguard/issues. For a bug to be actionable, include:
- Agent Guard version:
agentguard --version - macOS version:
sw_vers - The exact command that failed
- Relevant log excerpts from
~/Library/Logs/AgentGuard/and~/.agentguard/vm/serial.log - For policy-related issues: the smallest policy file that reproduces the problem
Security disclosures
Report security vulnerabilities through GitHub Security Advisories at github.com/jozu-ai/agentguard/security/advisories/new, not in public issues. See Threat model for what counts as in scope.
Paid support (Jozu customers)
Customers on a paid Jozu plan have access to direct support channels with response-time guarantees. Contact details vary by plan:
- Email: [email protected]
- Customer portal: provided at contract signing
- Dedicated Slack or Teams channel: available on enterprise tiers
If your team is evaluating Agent Guard and you need help that goes beyond what the public channels cover, contact [email protected] to discuss options.
