- The guardrail policy a standalone AgentGuard install starts with. Audits internal-material egress, and redacts credentials, payment and financial account identifiers, government and public-sector identity numbers, and contact and demographic data before they reach a model provider.
Shipped as a ModelKit rather than compiled into the agentguard binary, so a corrected rule reaches an installed machine on its next gateway start instead of requiring a new release. Added by `gateway install` on an unmanaged machine through the same `agentguard policy add` pipeline as any other ref; never injected onto an MDM-managed fleet, where the customer's own PolicyRef is the only source of policy.
Must remain anonymously pullable. A fresh machine has no registry credentials, and AgentGuard's Hub session does not authenticate registry pulls, so a repo that requires auth fails closed on every first install.
